Ingredients

  • 11/4 cup sugar


  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 cup dry fruit


  • 1/2 cup tutty fruity


  • 2 cup maida


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

  • In a bowl mix sugar and honey bit it a beat
  • Now add vanilla essence, dry fruit, tutty fruity, and oil and mix it together
  • In another bowl sieve together maida, baking powder, and baking soda. Add it into the sugar mixture
  • Mix it all well and bake it in preheated oven on 160 degrees Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Your dry fruit cake is ready let it cool down and enjoy
